They are now looking to expand their Businesss Development Team and have a position for a Sales Executive which will be office based. You will perform outbound calling to drive qualified new business leads. Research and navigate large organisations to executive decision makers. Develop professional relationships with key prospective customers and arrange appointments for the Business Development Director and Managing Director to present the companies training solutions and services to them. Log all activity into the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and follow up where neccessary. Required experience: High level of motivation to make phone calls to generate business. Ability to navigate to the decision maker. Organised, methodical and flexible Attuned to opportunity. As the role is selling a service and due to the sometimes long sales cycle of their offering you need to keep a positive attitude as this is not a role where you will win business straight away/many times a day.
Salary: £20000 - £40000
